Barbecue Crockpot Steak Recipe
1/4 c of wine vinegar
1 garlic clove; skinned & minced
1 Tbsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of paprika
1/2 c of catsup
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of mustard (dry)
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1.5 lb of chuck steak (1.5 inches thick, boneless)
2 Tbsps of Worcestershire sauce
Cut beef diagonally into one-inch slices. Place it in the crockpot. Set aside.
Mix the garlic, wine vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, salt, mustard, and black pepper altogether in one small mixing bowl. Whisk well ’til smooth.
Pour the mixture over beef slices. Mix well. Cover the crockpot with the lid. Cook for 3-5 hours.
