Bourbon Chicken Breasts Recipe
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp of paprika
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 tsp of chervil; dried
1/4 cup of bourbon seasoning
1 canned mushrooms (4 ounces); not drained
1/4 tsp of sugar
1 canned tomatoes (10 ounces)
2 Tbsps of onion; minced
2 Tbsps of parsley; sliced
2 Tbsps of oil
4 pcs of chicken breast fillet halves
2 Tbsps of butter
Mix paprika, flour, salt and pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Add the chicken. Mix ’til coated evenly.
Place a nonstick skillet with butter over medium heat. When the butter melts, saute the chicken ’til the two sides turn light brown. Add in parsley, onions, and chervil. Stir for about a minute, and then transfer to a crockpot.
Whisk together bourbon seasoning with mushrooms, tomatoes, and sugar in a small bowl ’til well-blended. Pour this mixture over the chicken. Put on the lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 6-7 hours.
