Apple Cider Boost Recipe
1 gallon of apple cider
3 cinnamon sticks
1 Tbsp of whole cloves
3-4 slices of allspice
1 medium-sized orange; cut crosswise into thin rounds
Place all ingredients in a crockpot, and mix well. Cover with lid. Set heat to high. Cook for 4-5 hours. Taste the cider.
If it has already reached your desired taste, take out the allspice, oranges and cloves. Then, simmer for just an hour more, stirring occasionally.
If not, continue cooking and tasting every now and then ’til mixture reaches your desired taste.

Kielbasa Cocktail Recipe
2 rings Kielbasa (2 lbs)
1 jar of prepared mustard (9 oz.)
1 jar of jelly apple (18 oz.)
Cut the Kielbasa into half and inch-thick slices. Toss it into the crockpot. Combine the mustard and jelly in a small bowl. Whisk well ’til smooth. Pour into the crockpot.
Stir well ’til mixture covers the Kielbasa. Set the heat to low. Cook mixture for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Maintain the low setting and serve in crockpot.

Streusel Pound Cake Recipe
1 (16-oz.) package of cake-mix (pound)
1/4 cup of packed sugar (brown)
1 tablespoon of flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 cup of nuts, chopped fine
Pound cake-mix should be prepared as per instructions from its box. Add the batter in a well floured & greased 2-lb. coffee can. Inside a bowl, mix together cinnamon, nuts, flour and sugar then spread this on top of your batter.
Put the can inside your Crockpot then cover the top with about 8 pcs. of towels (paper). Cover the pot then bake at high heat for 3-4 hrs.
Zucchini Bread Recipe
2 pcs. eggs
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
2/3 cup of oil (vegetable)
1/2 – 1 cup of nuts, chopped
1&1/4 c. of sugar
1&1/3 c. of peeled & grated zucchini
2 tsps. vanilla
2 cup of flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Using a hand held electric mixer, then beat the eggs just until they turn foamy & light. Next, add in vanilla, zucchini, sugar & oil. Blend everything well. In a bowl, mix the nuts w/ your dry ingredients then add this to the zucchini batter.
Pour the batter into your floured & greased 2 lb. coffee can/2-qt. bread mold. Then place the mold/can inside your Crockpot and cover using 8 towels (paper).
Then, cover then bake at high settings for 3-4 hrs. Don’t check on it often or take off the cover till the last 1 hr. of the baking process. Allow to stand for 5 mins. prior to taking off the mold
Pudding Cake Recipe
1/2 c. of milk
1/2 c. of walnuts/pecans, chopped coarse
1/2 c. of sugar
1/4 c. of cocoa (unsweetened)
1/2 tsp. of salt
1 c. of water (boiling)
1 tsp. extract (vanilla flavored)
1/2 c. of syrup (chocolate)
1 c. of flour
1/4 c. of oil
2 tsps. of baking powder
Ice cream/whipped cream
Combine flour, sugar, pecans/walnuts, cocoa, baking powder & salt onto a 6-inch cup of mold. Next, add in vanilla, oil & milk. In a bowl, blend together choco syrup & water then pour this on your batter.
Put a small-sized trivet in the bottom part of your Crockpot then add in two cups of heated water. Put the mold inside your Crockpot then cover it with about four layers of paper towels. Cook covered at high settings for 3-4 hrs. Best served together with some cream and it should be served warm
Peach Butter Recipe
2 tbsps. lemon/orange juice
6 c. of peaches (unsweetened)
1.5 c. of nectar (apricot flavored)
3 c. of sugar (white)
1 tsp. of vanilla
Place your peaches into a food processor/mill and make sure that they are all mashed up. Next, add in all the ingredients to your crockpot then bring the whole mixture to boiling point. Take off pot cover then continue boiling until the mixture thickens
(4 hrs.).
Hot Chicken Sandwiches Recipe
1 bread loaf, cubed
1 doz. eggs
2 big/3 smaller-sized chickens (boiler), set aside some chicken stock for later
Pepper & salt for seasoning
Chickens should be broiled just until they are cooked and allow them to cool. After chicken has cooled, take off chicken meats from their bones & set it aside. Also reserve some of your stock.
Slice up the bread then place it inside a big bowl. Add eggs to bread cubes. Next, add in chicken strips and a good amount of your stock to make the mixture a bit moist. Season with some pepper & salt then blend well.
Grease a casserole/baking dish & spread out mixture onto it then bake inside your preheated 350′ F oven for about 30 mins. OR you can just spray some cooking spray on your crockpot then place chicken mix on your pot and allow to cook at low settings for 6 hrs.
Your guests will then need to scoop out chicken dish with some bread/buns. This recipe serves 12-18.
Sprinkle some parsley for finishing touches (optional).
Ginger Brown Bread Recipe
1(14-oz.) package of gingerbread batter mix
1/4 c. of cornmeal (yellow)
A tsp. of salt
1.5 c. of milk
1/2 c. of raisins
Mix together salt, cornmeal and gingerbread batter mix in a big bowl and add milk slowly to the mixture until batter becomes proportionately moistened.
Pour the batter into an electrical mixer and beat it on medium settings for about 2 mins. Then, add in your raisins.
Batter should be divided into 7 floured & greased cup molds. Cover them with some foil then tie to close them up.
Place a rack made out of metal inside your crockpot then put the molds onto your rack. Pot should be covered and cooked at high settings for about 3 to 4 hrs. or just until bread has cooked.
Afte bread has cooked, take them out of your pot then allow to cool down on wire racks for about 5 mins.
You can also loosen edges of your bread using a sharp knife then turn them out onto your rack then allow to cool for a while before serving.
Bread should be served still a bit hot and together with some cream cheese or butter
Rice Pudding With Fruit Recipe
1/2 a gallon of milk
1 c. of sugar
1 c. of rice, uncooked
3 tbsps. margarine (cold)
1/4 tsp. of salt (if desired)
1/2 c. of peaches/apricots (dried), minced
1 tsp. of vanilla flavored extract
1/4 tsp. of cinnamon (ground)
Note: In this recipe you can use 1/2 of nonfat & 1/2 of whole-milk for lowered fat percentage. If you want a richer flavor, then you substitute evap. milk.
Cook time differs anywhere starting at 1.5-3.5 hrs. Longer cook time means a more thicker sauce. Make sure to mince the apricots.
Place all your ingredients inside your crockpot and stir to mix all the ingredients together. Cook covered at high settings for about 1.5 hrs. and don’t forget to stir it 1 time after 1/2 hr.
If cooking at high settings, for 1st 30 mins. Then, continue cooking at low settings then and for as long as you want. After 1st 2 hrs., check your rice pudding then stir it.
If rice isn’t soaking in milk as fast as it should be doing then continue cooking at high settings. Cover all the time.
Recipe makes eight servings.
Fried Apples Recipe
These fried apples can be used as dessert dish with some whipped up cream on top, a delicious filling for pies or simply as topping.
3 lbs. peeled & cored apples (Granny Smith), sliced
1 tsp. cinnamon
A dash of nutmeg, freshly grated (optional)
3 tbsps. cornstarch
1 c. of sugar (granulated)
1-2 tbsps. butter, sliced into tiny pcs
Put your apples inside your crockpot/slow cooker then add in all other ingredients then place butter pcs all throughout the inside of your pot. Cook, covered, at low settings for 6 hrs. or just until the apples become soft but should not be mushed up.
In the middle of cooking time, stir the dish once to incorporate all the ingredients well and finish cooking it. This recipes makes around 2.5-3 c. of fried apples.
Sweetened Crockpot Bananas Recipe
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 c of butter (or margarine); melted
1/4 c of lemon juice
1/2 c of coconut; flaked
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
2 tsp of lemon rind; grated
6 pcs of bananas (green-tipped); skinned
1/2 c of dark corn syrup
Form a bed of peeled bananas in the crockpot. Ideally, only one layer should be formed so you must have the appropriate crockpot size to make it possible. Afterward, sprinkle it with salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
Combine the butter, corn syrup, lemon juice and grated lemon rind in a small bowl. Whisk well ’til smooth. Pour this mixture over the layer of bananas.
Then, cover the crockpot with lid. Set the crockpot control to low. Cook bananas for an hour or two, ’til bananas are tender but firm.

Sugar and Nut Coated Bread Rolls Recipe
1/4 cup of butter (or margarine); melted
1/4 cup of nuts: chopped
1/2 cup of sugar (brown)
2 pkgs of refrigerator biscuits (8 oz)
1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
Combine the sugar with chopped nuts in a small bowl. Mix well. Dip individual refrigerator biscuits into melted butter, and then coat using the nut and sugar mix.
Layer the biscuits onto a deep baking pan (that would fit inside the crockpot), sprinkling cinnamon after every layer. Fill the pan with approximately 16 ounces of dipped refrigerator biscuits.
Place a rack on the bottom crockpot. Place the baking pan on the rack. Cover crockpot with lid. Set the crockpot control to high. Cook for about 3-4 hours. The biscuits may only be checked on the second hour of cooking.

Pumpkin Tea Bread Recipe
1/2 cup of oil
1 cup of walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of soda
1/2 cup sugar (brown)
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 cup of pumpkin (canned)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1.5 c. of flour, sifted
Combine brown sugar, white sugar & oil. Add in eggs & pumpkin. Next, mix together all dry recipe ingredients and sift them. then add them and the nuts to the mixture. Grease & flour a 1lb. & 10 ozs. coffee can and pour your batter onto it.
Put the can inside your Crockpot then cover its top with around 6 to 8 pcs. of towels (paper). Put the cover on the top then bake at high heat for 2.5-3.5 hrs.
Crockpot Custard Recipe
3 pcs. eggs, beaten lightly
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (ground)
Onto a bowl, mix together milk, vanilla, sugar and eggs then pour this mixture onto a butter-greased 1 or 1.5 qt. baking or a souffle dish, that can fit inside your crockpot and follow with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
Put inside your pot a ring of foil (aluminum) or rack and add in 1.5-2 cups heated water inside your pot. Your baking/souffle dish should be covered with some of the foil then placed onto your rack inside your pot.
Cook, covered, at high settings for about 2.5-3 hrs. or just until the mixture has set.
This recipe makes 4-6 servings.
Mint Butter Wafers Recipe
A pkg. of dry frosting-mix (white)
1/4 cup of milk
2 tbsps. butter
3 dashes/drops of peppermint flavor
Place your milk and butter inside your slow cooker/Crockpot at high settings until butter has melted. Next, add the frosting then continue to cook for 1-2 mins.
Then add in peppermint flavor and lessen heat to cook at low settings. Prepare some wax paper and then drop cooked mixture by the teaspoonfuls on the wax paper.
Recipes produces 5 doz.
Bacon and Cheese Dip Recipe II
2 pkgs of cream cheese (8 oz); softened
4 c of cheese (Colby-Jack); shredded
1 c of half-&-half
1 Tbsps of onion; minced
2 Tbsps of mustard
1/2 tsp of salt
1 lb of bacon; cooked & crumbled
1/4 tsp of hot pepper sauce
2 tsps of Worcestershire sauce
Combine all the ingredients in the crockpot. Mix well. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook ’til cheeses melt (approximately 2-3 hours). Stir occasionally.
Top with crumbled bacon. Serve it with saltines or slices of French bread. May also be used as topping for tortilla chips together with salsa.

Apple Spread Recipe V (Chunky)
4 lbs of apples; skinned, core removed and sliced
3 c of sugar
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of allspice
1/8 tsp of cloves

2 quart of sweet cider
Combine all ingredients in the crockpot. Stir it well. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook ’til apples are tender but firm (approximately 6-8 hours), stirring occasionally.
Transfer the mixture into a blender (may need to do it in batches if blender is not big enough). Process ’til just coarsely blended (leaving some tidbits).
May be returned to slow cooker ’til preferred consistency, in case blended apple mixture is not thick enough. Let it cool ’til just warm. Transfer to dry sterilized jar with tight lid

3 pkgs of corn (frozen, 16 oz)
1 pkg of cream cheese (8 oz)
1 pkg of cream cheese (3 oz)
3 Tbsps of water

3 Tbsps of milk
6 american cheese slices
Combine corn, cream cheese, butter, water, milk, sugar and American cheese in a crockpot. Mix it well. Put the lid on. Set heat to low. Cook ’til cheeses melt (about 2-3 hours).

Rich Brownies In A Nut Crust Recipe
1 (23-oz.) package of brownie-mix (family size)
1/4 c. of melted margarine/butter
1 c. of nuts, chopped
Get a coffee can and pour all the butter (melted) then make sure the sides are all buttered up. Sprinkle about 1/2 of your chopped nuts.
Prepare the brownie mix as per instructions from its box then pour 1/2 of your batter in the can & make sure to cover all nuts in an even manner. Then, add all the remainder of your nuts and then your brownie batter mixture again.
Put your can inside the crockpot then cover the top of the can using 8 pcs. of towels (paper). Next, cover the pot then bake at high settings for about 3 hrs.
Don’t check out or take off the cover just until the last 1 hour of cooking time.
After 3 hrs. of baking, take out the can & throw away the towels. Allow to cool for 5 mins. Take them out of the mold then serve to your guests warm.
Recipe makes 24 pcs. of brownies (if you’re using a 3.5/5 qt. crockpot).
Rice Pudding Recipe
2.5 c. of rice (cooked)
3 tbsps. Softened butter
1.5 c. of milk (scalded)
1/2 cup of raisins
2/3 cup of brown/white sugar
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
3 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tbsps. vanilla
Mix together all the ingredients then pour it in a greased Crockpot. Cook covered at high settings for 1-2 hrs. In the 1st 30 mins., stir the mixture up.
Pumpkin Bread Recipe
1 c. of flour (all-purpose)
4 tbsps. of currants/raisins (dried), chop up finely
2 tbsps. oil (vegetable)
1.5 tsp. of baking powder
1/2 c. of canned pumpkin
A tsp. of pumpkin-pie spice
2 pcs. eggs
1/2 c. of sugar (brown), packed firm
In a bowl, mix together pumpkin spice, baking powder & flour then set it aside. Onto another bowl, mix together oil & sugar (brown) then beat until everything is well blended. Next, beat the eggs in then add in pumpkin and blend everything.
Add in the flour mix in two floured & well buttered/greased jars for canning. The jars should be covered with some greased/buttered foil then put a pc. of foil that has been crumpled inside a 3.5-4 qt. crockpot with the liner already prepared in its place.
Put your jars on top of the foil (crumpled). Cook covered at high settings for about 1.5-1.75 hrs. or if the toothpick that was inserted in the center of the bread comes out quite clean.
Take the jars out from your crockpot then allow to cool for 10 mins. Take the bread out from the jars & allow to cool completely on a rack (wire). Recipe produces 2 bread loaves.
Slow-Cooked Corn Pudding Recipe
1/4 c. of onions, chopped
1/4 c. of green peppers, chopped
1/4 c. of fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp. of salt
4 eggs
1 (16-oz.) can of corn (cream style)
1/2 c. of evap. milk
1/4 tsp. of pepper
1 c. of grated cheese
On a skillet, saute green peppers & onions until they are become a bit softened. Next, add in tomatoes and continue to saute it for an additional 1 min.
Into a bowl, use a wire whisk to mix together seasonings, corn, milk and eggs then add in sauteed veggies. Get a 3.5 qt. Crockpot and grease it lightly then pour all your mixed batter into it.
Cook at high settings for 2.5-3 hrs. then add in cheese on top & continue cooking until the cheese melts.
Crockpot Peach Mango Cobbler Recipe
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 c of butter; melted
1/4 c of sugar (brown)
6-8 pcs of Graham crackers; broken into smaller pieces (not crumbled or crushed)
1 c of ripe mangoes & peaches
Lightly grease the crockpot with butter. Place the Grahams on the bottom of the crockpot. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle 3/4 over Grahams.
Top with mangoes and peaches. Sprinkle with remaining sugar and butter mixture. Cover with lid. Set heat to high. Cook for approximately 2 hours.

Meanwhile, combine the eggs, apple juice, and evaporated milk in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk ’til well-blended. Whisk in remaining cinnamon followed by what is left of the sugar. Mix well. Add the sliced French bread. Mix well.
Position a rack on the bottom of the crockpot. Position casserole dish on top of the rack. Pour water underneath the rack. Cover with lid. Set heat to high. Cook for approximately 2.5 hours. Best served warm.

Paprika
1/4 cup of oleo
1/2 tsp of salt
2 Tbsps of Worcestershire sauce
3 cup of Cheddar cheese (sharp); grated
3 cup of milk; heat to boil

14 white bread slices; crust removed & quartered
4 Tbsps of butter; melted
Lightly grease the crockpot with butter. Assemble the bread pieces into the crockpot. Top with half of the butter and grated cheese. Repeat the layers, ending with bread. Set aside.
Whisk the eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and milk in a small bowl. Pour it over the bread. Sprinkle bread with a dash of paprika. Put the lid on. Set heat to low. Cook for about 5-6 hours. Refrain from removing the cover while still cooking.

Banana Walnut Bread Recipe
1/2 c of sugar
1/2 c of walnuts; chopped
1/2 tsp of salt
1 c of bananas (ripe); mashed
1.75 c of all-purpose flour
2 pcs of eggs
1/3 c of shortening
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of baking powder
Sift the baking soda, flour, salt and baking powder altogether in one a medium-sized mixing bowl. Set aside. Fluff the shortening using an electric beater on low speed.
Do this ’til the shortening is creamy and soft. Gradually add the sugar, and eggs.
Afterward, alternately add half of the sifted mixture and half of the mashed bananas ’til nothing is left using a fork. Blend thoroughly after every addition. Toss in the walnuts. Set aside.
Grease a 4-6 cup muffin mould with butter and then dust with flour. Transfer the banana mixture into the mould; and then cover with aluminum foil. Tie a cord or thread around the mould so that the foil will not be detached.
Place a rack at the bottom of the crockpot. Place the mould on top of the rack. Pour in some hot water underneath the rack (2 cups). Cover the crockpot.
Cook the mixture on high heat for 2-3 hours. Refrain from checking the bread during the first two hours of cooking.

1/4 c of port wine
1/2 c of water
1/2 tsp of orange rind; grated
1 c of cranberries (fresh)
1 c of sugar
6 pcs of cooking apples; skinned & sliced

Assemble the sliced apples together with cranberries in a crockpot. Sprinkle the fruit with sugar; and then toss in the grated orange rind. Next, pour in the wine and water.
Stir the ingredients well; and then cover the crockpot. Cook it on low heat ’til apples become tender (approximately 4-6 hours).
Top with sour cream prior to serving.

1/4 c of sugar (brown)

2 c of milk

1 tsp of butter – for greasing
Combine the milk, brown sugar, melted butter (setting aside 1 tsp for greasing), salt, cinnamon, regular rolled oats, chopped apples, and raisins. Mix well.
Grease the crockpot with butter. Transfer the apple mixture into the crockpot. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 8-10 hours. Spoon mixture on a platter. Pour milk over prior to serving.

Apricot and Walnut Bread Recipe
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1/2 c of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
3/4 c of apricots; dried & chopped
3/4 c of milk
1 c of flour
1 pc of egg; beaten lightly
1 Tbsp of orange rind; grated
1 Tbsp of veggie oil
1 c of walnuts; chopped coarsely
1/2 c of whole wheat flour
2 tsp of baking powder
Sift baking soda, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in one large mixing bowl. In another bowl, whisk the vegetable oil, eggs, milk, and orange rind.
Add the sifted mixture together with wheat flour; and then add the chopped apricots and walnuts.
Transfer not over two-thirds of the batter into an oiled tin mould. Mould must be big enough to accommodate the batter but must fit inside the crockpot.
Place a rack at the bottom of the crockpot; and then place mould on top of the rack. Cover the crockpot but leaving about a 1/4-inch opening to allow steam to escape. Turn the crockpot control on high heat. Cook for 4-6 hours.
Refrain from lifting the cover while cooking. Take it out of the crockpot once cooked, and then cool for 10-15 minutes prior to serving.

Apple-Cranberry Crumble Recipe
1 c of cranberries
1/4 tsp of salt
1/3 c of butter; melted
1/3 c of rolled oats
3/4 c of sugar (brown)
1 tsp of cinnamon

Assemble the cranberries and sliced apples in the crockpot. Meanwhile, in another bowl, combine the brown sugar with rolled oats, salt, cinnamon, and butter.
Mix it well with a fork. Sprinkle it on top of the fruit combination. Cover the crockpot with 4-5 pieces of paper towel held on top (across) with wooden spoons.
Put the crock pot cover on top of the wooden spoons. This set-up will let steam escape. Turn the control to high setting; and then cook the mixture ’til apples are tender (about 2 hours).
