Low-Calorie Crock Pot Chicken Recipe
2 medium-sized onions, sliced thin
A tsp. of salt
1/2 teaspoon of basil
2 to 3 lbs. of skinned chicken, sliced in pcs.
1 big can of tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon of celery seeds
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon of crushed oregano
1 pc. bay leaf
Get your crockpot and layer the ingredients in the following order: onions, chicken, garlic, tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, celery seeds and the bay leaf. Cook at low settings for 6-8 hrs. or at high settings for 2.5-4 hrs.
Crockpot Pizza-Flavored Chicken Recipe
4 pcs of breast of chicken fillet (skinless); sliced into bite-sized pieces
1 pc pf onion; minced
1 pc of green bell pepper; sliced
2 canned tomato sauce (large)
2 canned tomatoes (large); diced
1 Tbsp of parsley; dried
1 Tbsp of oregano; dried
1 tsp of thyme
1 Tbsp of dried basil
1 bay leaf
4 garlic cloves; pressed
Toss all of the ingredients into the crockpot. Mix well to coat evenly. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 6-8 hours. Remove bay leaf prior to serving.

Sweet Chicken Wings Recipe
2 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of Dijon mustard
4 Tbsps of soy sauce
5 lbs of chicken wings; tips removed & cut into 3 parts
1 cup of butter
Place a large nonstick skillet with butter. When the butter melts, fry the chicken wings ’til golden. Transfer to a crockpot.
Combine the sugar, soy sauce and mustard in a small bowl. Stir ’til smooth. Heat it using same skillet used for frying chicken.
Simmer for approximately 5 minutes. Pour this over the chicken. Mix well. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally.

Chicken Crockpot Enchilada Recipe II
2 canned “cream of chicken” soup
2 dozen of corn tortillas
1 pkg of Cheddar cheese (sharp)
1 pc of onion; minced
1 canned Enchilada sauce (large)
4 pcs of chicken breast fillets; boiled & shredded
1 tsp of butter – for greasing
1 can of black pitted olives (small); sliced
Combine cream of chicken soup, onions, and olives in a medium-sized bowl. Mix well. Set aside. Divide each tortilla into wedges. Set aside.
Grease the crockpot with butter. Form a bed of tortillas on the bottom of the crockpot. Top it with soup mixture, to be followed by a layer of shredded chicken, soup mixture, and then cheese. Repeat layers using remaining ingredients. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 6-8 hours.

Sweet and Spicy Crockpot Chicken Wings Recipe
1/2 c of sugar (brown)
3 garlic cloves; minced
1/4 c of chicken broth
1/2 c of soy sauce
1/2 c of tomato juice
1 Tbsp of Tabasco
8 pcs of chicken wings, cut at the joints
Combine tomato juice, soy sauce, Tabasco, brown sugar, chicken broth, and minced garlic in a medium-sized bowl. Mix well.
Dredge the chicken pieces into the marinade. Mix well. Transfer mixture into the crockpot. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 7-8 hours, stirring occasionally.

Orange Glazed Chicken Recipe
6 ozs. of frozen concentrated orange juices, thaw it out
6 pcs. of halves of the breast of a chicken
1/2 tsp. marjoram
A dash of nutmeg (ground)
1/4 c. of water
A dash of powdered garlic
2 tbsps. of cornstarch
Inside a big bowl, mix together nutmeg, powdered garlic, marjoram and orange concentrate. Coat each pc. of chicken with your orange concentrate mixture well and make sure that all the surfaces are covered.
Put chicken pcs. inside your Crockpot then add in remainder of your orange concentrate mix on top of your chicken pcs. Cook covered at low settings for around 6 to 8 hrs. or at high settings for 4 hrs.
Chicken, Pasta and Veggie Combo Recipe
Salt and pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
A sprig of parsley
1 lb chicken breast fillet (skinless); cut into bite-sized pcs
1 Tbsps of veggie oil
1/2 c of water
1 canned “cream of chicken” soup
1 bag of seasoned pasta & vegetables combo
Combine salt, ground black pepper, and chicken in a medium-sized bowl. Mix well. Set aside.
Place a medium-sized nonstick skillet with oil over medium heat. When oil is hot, saute chicken ’til light brown. Transfer to crockpot. Stir in cream of chicken, water. Mix well. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook it for 3 hours (or ’til chicken is tender).
Stir in pasta and vegetable combo. Mix well. Cook ’til pasta is al dente (approximately 1 hour). Ladle in a soup bowl. Top with Parmesan cheese and a sprig of parsley.
