Hot Dog And Bacon Rollups Recipe
2 pkgs. of hotdogs, sliced into half
1 pound of bacon, sliced in its middle
Sugar (brown)
Get a pc. of hotdog then a pc. of the bacon and wrap the bacon all over your hotdog. Use toothpicks to secure the bacon on the hotdog then place 1 layer of hotdogs into your pots’ bottom then cover them with some brown sugar.
Do the process again until the hotdogs have all been prepared. Cook this dish for about 3-4 hrs.
Oriental Pork and Mushroom Recipe
2 Tbsps of oil
1 pc of onion (large); minced
1 pc of green pepper (small) sliced into strips
1 pc of mushroom (4 oz); strained
1 canned tomato sauce (8 oz)
3 Tbsps of sugar (brown)
1.5 tsps of salt
1.5 Tbsps of vinegar
2 tsps of Worcestershire sauce
1.5 lbs of pork steak; sliced into 1/2-inch strips
1/2 tsp of Ground black pepper
2 cloves of garlic; crushed
Place a nonstick skillet with oil over medium heat. When oil is hot, saute the garlic and onions for about a minute. Add the pork, and then cook ’til light brown. Remove from heat.
Transfer to crockpot together with green bell pepper, mushrooms, tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, salt, Worcestershire sauce and ground black pepper.
Mix well. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally. May be served over steamed rice.

Honey-Grazed Pork Roast with Cranberries Recipe
Pepper & salt
1 cup of cranberries; chopped finely
1 tsp of orange rind; grated
1/8 tsp of cloves; ground
1/8 tsp of nutmeg
1/4 cup of honey
3-4 lbs of pork roast; rinsed & drained
Rub the pork roast using pepper and salt. Place the roast in the crockpot. In a small bowl, combine the chopped cranberries with honey, orange rind, ground cloves, and nutmeg.
Mix well. Pour this mixture over the roast. Mix lightly. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 8-10 hours.

Pork Slices in Barbecue Sauce Recipe
1/2 c of soy sauce
1/4 c of dry sherry
1/2 c of sugar (brown)
2 garlic cloves; pound
1/8 tsp of pepper
1/2 c of bbq sauce
1 canned pineapple chunks (8 oz); undrained
3 lbs of pork (lean); sliced into strips & browned
Combine the soy sauce, dry sherry, brown sugar, crushed garlic, pepper, barbecue sauce, and undrained pineapple chunks in one medium-sized bowl. Mix well.
Pour it into the crockpot. Toss in the pork strips. Stir lightly. Cover and cook on low for approximately 8-10 hours.
To serve, ladle some into a shallow platter and garnish with a sprig of parsley. Serve hot.

Crockpot Cranberry Pork Roast Recipe
4 med. peeled potatoes, sliced in 1-inch pcs.
1 (3 lb.) boneless pork roast (loin center-cut), roll it up and tie it
1/4 tsp. red pepper, crushed
1 (16-ozs.) can of cranberry sauce (whole-berry)
1 (5.5 ozs.) can of apricot nectar
1 med. onion, chopped coarse
1/2 c. apricots (dried), chopped coarse
1 tsp. mustard (dry)
1/2 c. sugar
Put potatoes inside your 3.5 qt. Crockpot and put the pork loin on top of your potatoes. On a bowl, mix together all the other ingredients and add this to the pot on top of your pork roast. Cook, covered, at low settings for about 5-6 hrs.
After it has finished cooking, take out pork roast and slice it thinly on a chopping board then serve it together with potatoes & the sauce.
Double-Barbecued Ribs Recipe
1.5 lbs of boneless ribs
Water
3 Tbsps of barbecue sauce
3 cloves of garlic; finely-chopped
1/3 c of brown sugar
2 Tbsps of catsup
Combine ingredients altogether in a crockpot. Mix well. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 5-6 hours, stirring occasionally. Take out the ribs and place on top of a preheated grill.
Cook and turn over ’til both sides are according to your desired level of roasting. Baste ribs with more barbecue sauce while grilling. Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed rice.

Stewed Barbecue Pork-n-Beans Recipe
1/4 bottle of bbq sauce
5 canned Pork-n-Beans
2 canned tomato sauce (8 oz)
2 pcs of onions; chopped
6 pcs of hot links; sliced
1 tsp of Tabasco
1 tsp of Cajun seasoning (preferably Tony Chacere)
1 tsp of Liquid smoke
1 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
1 tsp of Mustard
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
Combine pork and beans, tomato sauce, chopped onions, sliced hot links, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, cajun seasoning, liquid smoke, mustard, and brown sugar altogether in the crockpot.
Mix well. Cover with lid. Cook on low for 10-12 hours.
Stir every now and then.
May be served as topping for tortilla chips or French fries.

Spinach, Cheese & Bacon Strata Recipe
4 c. of cubed bread (French), slice & butter them up
1/2 c. of evap. milk
1 (16-oz.) bag of spinach (frozen)
5 pcs. eggs
6-8 ozs. of cooked turkey ham, bacon or regular ham (cooked)
1.5-2 c. of cheddar, shredded
pepper & salt for seasoning
1 (10-oz.) can of soup (cream of mushroom), choose a low-fat or fat-free one
1 tbsp. of onion (dried), minced (add if desired)
Grease lightly your 3.5-qt. Crockpot then layer 1/2 of bread cubes, frozen spinach, diced bacon & shredded cheese. Then, season with pepper & salt.
Do the same layers again and this time end with the cheese. In a bowl, whisk onions, eggs, milk and soup. Pour this mixture into your Crockpot then chill inside your fridge overnight or just for an hour.
After chilling, cook covered at low settings for about 3.5-4.5 hrs. This dish makes 4-6 servings.
Pork Chops and Mushroom Recipe
1 pc of onion; diced
3 Tbsps of catsup
2 tsps of Worcestershire sauce
10.5 oz canned cream of mushroom soup
6 pcs of pork chops
Place the pork chops together with onions, catsup, cream of mushroom soup, and Worcestershire sauce in the crockpot. Mix well. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 5-6 hours ’til chops are tender. Serve it with mashed potatoes, and mixed vegetables.

Glazed Cocktail Sausages Recipe
1/2 lb. mini sausages, precooked (you can also substitue the sausages with some cheese inside as filling)
1/4 c. of prepared mustard (yellow)
2 pcs. chopped scallions
3/4 c. of apricot fruit preserve
Get a 1-qt. mini electric crockpot then add in mustard and apricot preserves. Next, add in sausages and scallions. Place cover on your pot then plug it in & cook it for about 3 hrs. or just until the dish becomes quite hot.
Take off cover and stir it all up to blend everything then it should be served immediately while still hot along with some toothpicks. Cooker should still be plugged for 30 mins to 1 hr. while all your guests are eating to maintain hot temperature for the sausages.
Sweet and Sour Cabbage Recipe
4 slices of bacon, diced
2 tbsps. flour (all purpose)
1/4 c. of vinegar
1/4 c. of packed sugar (brown)
1/4 c. of water
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 med. head of a cabbage (red), shredded
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
In your skillet, saute the bacon just until it crisps up and set aside excess fat. Mix together a tablespoon of the drippings inside your Crockpot then add in remainder of the ingredients aside from the fried bacon.
Cook covered at low settings for 6.5-7 hrs. or just until cabbages are softened. Serve cabbages in serving bowls then finish with a sprinkling of the crispy bacon.
Crockpot Country Style Ribs and Kraut Recipe
12 ozs. sauerkraut

1 to 2 lbs. ribs (country-style)
Put ribs inside your slow cooker. Add sugar (brown) to your sauerkraut for sweetness then place them inside your pot as well. This dish can be cooked the whole day when you’re working so you can be home for a great and tasty dinner without the fuss.
Crockpot Cranberry Pork Recipe
1 (16-oz.) can of cranberry juice
3 lbs. pork roast
1 pc. onion, chopped
1/3 c. of French-style salad dressing
On a bowl, blend together dressing, cranberry sauce and the onions. Put pork inside your crockpot then add in sauce on your pork roast.
Cook pork at high settings for about 4 hrs. or if cooking on the low settings then the cooking time should be 8 hrs. Dish is cooked if internal temp. for pork reaches 160′ F.
Crockpot Crystal’s Leftover Pork Roast Casserole Recipe
1 pkg. noodles (cooked), any kind will do
1 pkg. beans (pinto, green beans & etc. any kind will do)
1 pc. beef cube
1 pkg. wild & long-grain rice
3 pcs. potatoes, sliced in 1-inch cubes
Any leftover meats
Pepper & salt for seasoning
Get your slow cooker and fill it just above halfway with some water & add in beef cube for flavoring. Next, add in potatoes, rice and beans.
Cook, covered, until the rice & potatoes are cooked (this usually takes 1 day at low settings or half a day at high settings).
Put in the leftover meats while you’re cooking your noodles. Put in cooked pasta into your slow cooker when they have cooked. Continue cooking for about 5-10 mins. more. This dish is best served hot.
