Pork and Beans Dip Recipe
1 canned pork & beans (24 – 32 oz); not drained
3/4 c of brown sugar
1 pc of onion (large); sliced
1 tsp of prepared mustard
1 c of ketchup
2-3 bacon slices; cooked crisp & crumbled
Combine pork and beans with brown sugar, catsup, onions, and mustard in the crockpot. Mix well. Cover with lid.
Set heat to low. Cook for 4-6 hours. Stir lightly and top with bacon bits prior to serving. Good for tortilla chips.

Crockpot Hamburger-Sausage Dip Recipe
1 lb. chuck (ground up)
1 c. of sauce (picante)
A can of soup (cream of mushroom)
2 lbs. cheese (Velveeta), sliced in pcs.
1 lb. sausage (pork)
1 tsp. powdered garlic
A can of tomatoes (RoTel)
3/4 tsp. oregano
Get your slow cooker then add in cheese slices, oregano, tomatoes, soup, powdered garlic and picante then mix everything well.
In a skillet, saute sausages and chuck until they are browned then drain and add to your Crockpot. Cook, covered, at low settings just until the cheese melts. Dip should be served together with chips.
Crockpot Pork and Black Beans Recipe
1/2 of ground black pepper
3 Tbsps of veggie oil
1 lb of pork (boneless); diced
2 canned black beans (16 oz); strained
1 red (or yellow) bell pepper; sliced
1 tomato (medium); skinned; seed removed & sliced
1 red onion (small); sliced thinly
1/2 tsp of cumin; ground
1 garlic clove; crushed
1 canned tomato sauce
1/2 tsp of salt
2 Tbsps of cilantro; chopped
1/2 c of sour cream
2 tsp of chili powder
Place a large nonstick skillet with butter over medium heat. When the butter melts, saute the garlic and onions for about a minute. Add the pork and yellow bell pepper; and saute ’til pork sides are brown. Drain.
Transfer pork into the crockpot together with black beans, tomatoes, onions, crushed garlic, ground cumin, ground black pepper, tomato sauce, and salt. Mix well. Cover with lid.
Set heat to low. Cook for 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally. Ladle some into a bowl. Top it with sour cream. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

Pork Crockpot Roast Recipe
1 pkg of garlic dressing (Good Seasons)
1 canned beer
1.5 to 2 lbs of roasting meat; rinsed & drained
1 pkg of Italian dressing
1 Tbsp of Flour
1/2 cup of water
Evenly spread the garlic dressing on the bottom of the crockpot. Top it with the pork roast. Pour in the beer. Cover with lid.
Set heat to low. Cook ’til roast is tender (approximately 8-10 hours). Roast may be sliced thinly and serve as viand for steamed rice, roll or mashed potatoes

Pork Roast and Apples Recipe
6 pcs of apples; washed, peeled, cored and quartered
1/4 c of apple juice
3 Tbsp of sugar (brown)
1 Tbsp of ginger powder
4 lbs of pork loin roast
Rub the pork loin with pepper and salt. Cook the pork loin under a broiler (to do away with excess fat) ’til golden.
Afterward, assemble the apples at the bottom of the crockpot. Lay the pork roast on the apples.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the apple juice, ground ginger, and sugar. Pour it over the pork roast. Turn the crockpot control to low heat. Cook for approximately 10 hours.

Crockpot Barbecue Pork Ribs Recipe
2 c of water
3-4 lbs of short ribs (boneless)
1 bottle bbq sauce (18 oz)
3 oz of hickory smoke sauce (Heinz 57)
1/4 Tbsp of pepper seasoning (lemon)
1/4 tsp of angostura
1 Tbsps of Worcestershire sauce
Mix ingredients altogether in the crockpot. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 10-12 hours. Serve with garlic rice.

Crockpot Chops and Squash Layers Recipe
2 acorn squash (medium); not peeled
2 Tbsps of butter; melted
3/4 tsp of salt
3/4 tsp of brown bouquet sauce
3/4 c of brown sugar
1 tsp of orange juice
1/2 tsp of orange rind; grated
6 pcs of pork chops
Grease crockpot with about 1 tsp of butter. Mix the remaining butter with sugar, salt, orange juice, grated orange rind and bouquet sauce in a small bowl.
Assemble about 3 pork chops on the base of the crockpot. Drizzle it with the orange butter mixture; and then top with the squash. Lay the remaining pork chops on the squash layer, and then pour the remaining orange butter sauce over it.
Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook ’til pork chops and squash are tender (approximately 4-6 hours).
Serve one pork chop per platter together with the squash as side dish. Drizzle both with the drippings. Serve with fried rice.

Crockpot Barbecue Pork Roast Recipe
1 roasting pork
1 bottle of barbeque sauce
1.5 c of cola
Combine pork and cola in a crockpot. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 8-10 hours ’til pork is tender. Transfer pork to platter, and shred. Return pork into crockpot.
Stir in the barbecue sauce. Mix well. Put the lid back. Cook for another 4-6 hours. May be used as filling for foccacia bread together with cucumber, onions and tomatoes. Serve with steamed rice.
