Salmon And Potato Casserole Recipe
4 pcs. of peeled potatoes, sliced thin
1 ( 10 3/4 -oz.) can of soup (cream of mushroom)
3 tbsps. of flour
1/4 c. of water
Pepper & salt
1 med. chopped onion
1 (16-oz.) can of drained salmon, flake it up
Nutmeg
Put 1/2 of your potatoes inside your lightly greased crockpot. Sprinkle in 1/2 of flour, pepper & salt. Layer out 1/2 of salmon then scatter 1/2 of onions as well. Do the layers again in the same order.
Mix together water and soup then pour this on your salmon-potato mix. Finish with a dusting of nutmeg. Cook covered at low settings for about 7 to 10 hrs.
This dish makes 6 servings.
Corn and Potato Chowder Recipe III
1/2 stick of butter; softened
3 canned of corn (16oz); strained
2 pcs of potatoes (large); sliced into 1-inch small chunks
2 pt of half-and-half
1.5 canned broth of chicken
1 pc of onion (large); sliced into small cubes
A dash of ground black pepper
1 tsp of salt
Combine corn, potato chunks, chicken broth, onions, pepper and salt in crockpot. Mix well. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 6-8 hours. Turn off the heat. Take out potato and corn, and place into a bowl. Let it stand ’til just warm.
Transfer to blender. Process ’til nearly smooth. May have to do it in batches. Return blended corn and potato into the crockpot. Stir in butter and half-and-half. Stir well. Put lid back. Set heat to high. Cook soup for another half hour, stirring occasionally

Swiss Cheese Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
2 lbs. peeled & sliced thin potatoes for baking
3 tbsps. sliced in 1/8-inch pcs.
1/4 c. of green onions, chopped fine (only if desired)
1/2 c. of milk
2 tbsps. flour (all purpose)
1/2 c. of yellow onions, chopped fine
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3 tbsps. butter, sliced in 1/8-inch pcs.
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg (ground)
1/2 c. of milk
3 ozs. slices of cheese (swiss), broken in small pcs.
Layer 1/2 of potatoes & 1/4 c. of onions inside your crockpot then sprinkle 1/8 tsp. each of nutmeg and butter then finish with 1 tbsp. dots of butter. Do the same layers still.
Cook covered at low settings for 7 hrs. and if cooking at high settings, then cook time is only 4 hrs. Take potatoes out and drain them well then place them on serving platters.
In a bowl, mix together flour and milk until it smoothens then add it to your Crockpot. Then, add in cheese and stir well.
If at low settings increase it at high then continue to cook it covered until sauce thickens (10 mins.) Add in the cheesy mixture on your potatoes then serve. Finish with a garnishing of green onions (chopped)

Potatoes Perfect Recipe
1/4 lb. of diced bacon
1/2 lb. of cheese (Cheddar), sliced thin
2 med. onions, sliced thin
Pepper & salt for seasoning
4 med. potatoes, sliced thin
Butter
Line your Crockpot with some foil and leave just enough for the potatoes to overlap when the cooking is done. Layer 1/2 of your following ingredients: cheese, potatoes, onions and bacon inside your Crockpot. Season the dish according to your taste & place dots of butter all throughout your Crockpot.
Make another layer of cheese, potatoes, onions and bacon then again dot butter all throughout the top. Overlap using remainder of your foil. Cook covered at low settings for about 10-12 hrs.
Scalloped Potato-Tomato Pot Recipe
6 (20-oz.) c. of frozen hash-browns, shredded
1 3/4 (14.5 oz.) c. of un-drained tomatoes (stewed)
2 (16-oz.) c. of rinsed & drained beans (green), sliced up
1 tsp. flakes of parsley (dried)
1/4 c. of onion, chopped fine
1 ( 103/4-oz. ) can of soup (cream of celery, Healthy Request brand)
Mix together onions, beans (green) & hash-browns and place inside your crockpot. On a medium-sized bowl, mix together tomatoes, soup (celery) & parsley then add the soup mix to the potatoes in the crockpot.
Blend everything together. Cook covered at low settings for about 6 to 8 hrs. Prior to serving, mix everything really well.
Crockpot Creamy Red Potatoes Recipe
1 can of undiluted soup (cream of potato)
2 pounds quartered red small-sized potatoes
1 envelope of ranch salad dressing
2 (8-oz.) packages softened cream cheese
Put your potatoes inside the crockpot. Beat soup, salad mix dressing and your cream cheese in your small glass bowl. Add in to your potatoes. Cook, covered, for about 8 hrs. in low settings or just until your potatoes have cooked and tenderozed then add in 1 tbsp. of milk.
Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes Recipe
5 pcs. medium-sized sweet potatoes
A dash of pepper & salt for seasoning
1/4 c. of sugar (brown)
1/4 c. of maple syrup (pure form)
1/4 c. of cider (apple flavor)
Potatoes should be peeled & sliced in 1/4-1/2 inch pcs. then place them inside your crockpot. In a bowl, whisk together all other ingredients then add this to your potatoes inside the pot.
Cook covered at low settings for 7-9 hrs. all the while stirring a couple of times so that potatoes are all coated with the syrup.

Corn and Potato Chowder Recipe II
1 Tbsp of veggie oil
6 bacon slices; cut into small cubes
1/2 c of onion; minced
2 c of potatoes; skinned, cut into small cubes
1 canned corn (cream-style, 16 oz)
1 Tbsps of sugar
1 tsp of seasoned salt
1 c of water
1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
2 pkgs of whole kernel corn (10 oz)
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
Place a nonstick skillet with oil over medium heat. When the oil is hot, cook the bacon ’til crisp and brown. Remove from the heat. Transfer to crockpot.
Meanwhile, saute chopped potatoes and onions in the bacon grease for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat. Drain, and transfer to crockpot.
Combine sugar, Worcestershire, seasoned salt, ground black pepper and water in a bowl, and mix ’til well-blended. Add the whole kernel and cream-style corn. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 5-7 hours.

Potato Casserole Recipe
1 package of hash browns (frozen)
A can of soup (cream of potato)
Onions (dried)
1 sm. carton of Ranch style dip
Pepper & salt for seasoning
4 to 5 ozs. of cheddar, grated
Blend together hash browns, ranch dip, potato soup, pepper & salt inside your crockpot. Put the grated cheddar atop and cook at high settings for 4 hrs. If you want, you can add in ham or some other type of meat so that you can have 1 meal that is in itself complete.
Cheesy Crockpot Potato Layers Recipe
1/2 tsp of paprika
1 canned cream of mushroom soup (condensed, 10.75 oz)
4 pcs of potatoes (medium, 1.25 lbs); cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 c of Cheddar cheese; shredded
1/2 tsp of pepper
Slightly grease the crockpot with butter. Assemble overlapping layers of sliced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot. Top with shredded (or grated) Cheddar. Set aside.
Meanwhile, combine cream of mushroom soup with pepper and paprika in one medium-sized bowl. Whisk ’til blended well. Pour mixture onto the cheese and potato layers. Cover with lid.
Set the crock pot control to low. Cook ’til potatoes become tender but firm. This usually takes 3-4 hours. To keep the potatoes warm, just maintain the low setting ’til ready to serve.

Crockpot Corny Ham and Potato Scallop Recipe
5 large peeled potatoes, cubed
3 tbsps. of flour (all-purpose)
2 tsps. minced onions (instant)
1.5 c. of ham (cooked), cubed
1/4 c. of green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. of milk
1 (15-oz.) can of whole corn kernels, drained
1 (11-oz.) can of cheddar cheese soup (condensed)
Get a Crockpot that is around 3.5-4 qt.-sized. Put in the green bell peppers, onions, ham, potatoes and corn inside and blend well. On a bowl, mix together flour, milk & cheddar cheese soup then whisk them well together until the mixture smoothens.
Add in the soup mix to the potatoes on the Crockpot and blend everything well. Cook it covered at low settings for 8 hrs. or just until the potatoes become soft.
Sweet Sweet-Potatoes Recipe
1/4 tsp. of cinnamon
2 lbs. of peeled & grated sweet potatoes
1/4 c. of flaked coconut
1/3 c. of packed sugar (brown)
1/4 c. of melted butter
1/4 c. of toasted pecans, broken up
1/4 tsp. of extract (coconut flavor)
1/4 tsp. of vanilla
Inside Crockpot, mix together cinnamon, butter, sugar and potatoes. Cook covered at low settings for about 6 to 8 hrs, or if cooking at high settings then cook time is only 3 to 4 hrs. For the last step, add in vanilla & coconut extracts.
Parmesan Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
A can of condensed soup (cream of mushroom)
5-6 pcs. of potatoes (red), cut into slices
6 pcs. of any smoked meats or 6 thin slices of bacon (turkey)
3 ozs. parmesan, grated fresh
Pepper & salt for seasoning
Slightly butter or grease your 3.5 qt. slow cooker/Crockpot and layer the ingredients inside of the pot. Cook covered at low settings for about 7-9 hrs. Season to your taste.

3 cups of potatoes, diced
3 c of carrots; sliced thinly
3 Tbsps of butter (or margarine)
2 c of water
3 Tbsps of orange marmalade
1/4 tsp of salt
2 Tbsps of pecans; chopped
Combine potatoes, salt and water in the crockpot. Cover with lid. Set heat to high. Cook ’til potatoes are nearly tender (approximately 1.5 hours). Reduce the heat to low. Add carrots.
Cook ’til carrots and potatoes are done (approximately 1.5 hours). Drain. Add in butter, margarine, orange marmalade, and chopped pecans. Stir well. Cover with lid. Cook for another hour.

Green Bean And Potato Casserole Recipe
2 (16-oz.) pkg of frozen beans (green), cut up OR
6 c. of beans (green), cut up & freshly trimmed
4-6 med. potatoes (red-skin), cut into 1/4-inch pcs.
1 pc. sliced big onion
1 tsp. dill weed (dried)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
A can of soup (cream of mushroom or any cream soup will do) OR
1 c. of home-made cheese sauce, veloute or white sauce
Margarine
Get your slow cooker then slightly grease it with some margarine or butter. Arrange in layers the beans, onions and potatoes while also sprinkling pepper, salt & dill weed.
Place dots of margarine or butter (1 tbsp.) and pour over around 2 tbsps. water. Cook, covered, at high settings for around 4 hrs. and if cooking on low, then 8 hrs.
Next, the dish should be stirred for a while then decrease cooking heat to low settings then cook another 30 mins. or you can leave it at Warm settings just until it is time to serve (4 hrs.).
This dish makes 6-8 servings. You can also add bacon bits for additional flavors
Sweet Potato And Pineapple Pudding Recipe
3 lbs. peeled & shredded potatoes (sweet)
3 beaten eggs
2 (8-oz.) cans of pineapple soaked with unsweetened juices (crushed), not drained
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 & 1/4 c. of packed firm sugar (brown)
1 tsp. cinnamon (ground)
6 tbsps. cubed butter/margarine
1 (12-oz.) can of evap. milk
Grease your Crockpot then add in potatoes, nutmeg, cinnamon, eggs, margarine, sugar (brown), evap. milk and pineapples. Cook covered at low settings for 7 to 8 hrs. or when cooking at high settings then cook time is only 4 hrs.
Stir after every two hours just until potatoes become softened. You can either serve it in room temp. or really hot.
Note: The dish may look like it’s curdling but when it finishes cooking, it will all blend together.
Makes around 10 to 12 servings.
Sweet Potatoes With Apples Recipe
5 med. potatoes (sweet)
3 pcs. peeled and cored baking apples, slice into wedges
2 tbsps. melted butter
1/4 tsp. of nutmeg (ground)
1/4 c. of syrup (maple flavor)
1/4 c. of pecan pcs
1/4 tsp. of cinnamon (ground)
Lightly grease your Crockpot with margarine/butter. Next, peel the potatoes then slice them up in 1/2-inch pcs. and put them onto bottom part of your Crockpot.
Then, top it with the apple slices and add in butter, maple syrup, nutmeg & slices of apples. Cook covered at low settings for 4 hrs. or just until the potatoes become soft. Finish with a sprinkling of pecan nuts 30 mins. prior to turning off the heat.
Makes 4-6 servings
Crockpot Cream Of Sweet Potato Soup Recipe
1.5 cups light cream, milk or half-and-half
1/8 tsp. each of nutmeg & cloves (ground)
3 pcs. peeled & sliced potatoes (sweet)
2 cups of chicken stock
Salt (to taste)
1 tsp. sugar
In your cooker add in your bouillon and potatoes (sweet). Cover it then cook for about 2-3 hrs.at high settings or just until your potatoes become soft. Push potatoes & liquids through the puree blender or the food mill.
Put this back into the slow cooker together with all other ingredients. Cook, covered, for 1-2 hrs at high settings. Serve this chilled or hot together with your sour-cream. This makes 1 qt.
Crockpot Potato Soup Recipe
6 to 8 pcs. of potatoes, cut into chunks
2 pcs. cubed medium carrots
2 pcs. cubed celery stalks
1 pc. chopped medium-sized onion
1 tablespoon of parsley flakes
Pepper & salt for seasoning
5 cups of water
Place all ingredients inside your slow cooker and cook at low settings for about 8 hrs. or just until the veggies have cooked. 1 hr. prior to dinner, add in a 1 can of evap. Milk.
