Apple Crockpot Pie Recipe
8 pcs of tart apples; skinned & chopped
1 1/4 tsp of cinnamon; ground
1/4 tsp of ground allspice
3/4 c of milk
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
2 pcs of eggs
3/4 c of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1.5 c Bisquick; divided
1/3 c of sugar (brown)
5 Tbsps of butter; softened; divided
Grease the crockpot with butter. Mix together the sliced apples, ground cinnamon, nutmeg and ground allspice in one large mixing bowl. Transfer it to the crockpot. Set aside.
Combine 2 Tbsps of butter, white sugar, beaten eggs, half a cup of Bisquick, evaporated milk, and vanilla. Mix ’til well-blended. Pour this mixture over the apples.
Meanwhile, mix the remaining cup of Bisquick together with brown sugar. Add in the remaining butter. Mix ’til coarse crumbs are formed. Sprinkle it on top of the milk and apples.
Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook ’til apples are tender (6-7 hours).

Tuna Salad Casserole Recipe
2 regular cans of drained & flaked tuna
1.5 c. of chips (potato), crushed
A can of soup (cream of celery)
1/2 c. of mayo
1 c. celery, diced
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
4 pcs. of hard boiled eggs
Mix together all the ingredients inside a bowl aside from your crushed chips. Blend everything well. Next, pour everything to your Crockpot then finish with a topping of crushed chips. Cook covered at low settings for about 5 to 8 hrs.
Home-made Crockpot Pork and Beans Recipe
1 lb of dried white beans (small); washed & drained
1/3 c of molasses
4.5 c of water
1/4 c of brown sugar
1 pc of onion; minced
1/4 lb of salt pork; cubed into 1 inch
1 Tbsps of mustard (Dijon)
1/2 tsp of salt
Combine small white beans with water, molasses, brown sugar, chopped onions, salt pork, mustard, and salt in the crockpot.
Mix well. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 10-12 hours. Stir occasionally. May be served over steamed rice.

Crockpot Roast Recipe
2.5 lbs. chuck roast
1 c. of water
2 envelopes of Ranch or Italian Style dressing mix
Get your slow cooker/Crockpot then add in your chuck roast and add the Ranch/Italian style dressing then pour all the water on the beef and seasonings. Cook at low settings for 6 to 8 hrs. or just until the meat starts to fall apart.
Crockpot Dressing Recipe
1(8-inch) pan of cornbread
2 tbsps. butter
8 sliced of white & dry bread
1 medium-sized onion
4 pcs. eggs
.5 tsp. of pepper (black)
A tsp. of sage
2 c. of stock (chicken)
2 cans of soup (cream of chicken)
A bit of celery
Combine together all ingredients then put everything inside your slow cooker/crockpot. Place dots of butter atop then cook it for 2 hrs. at high settings or 4 hrs. at low settings.
Catalina Pork Ribs Recipe
1 bottle Catalina (8 oz)
1.5 to 2 lbs of pork ribs (boneless)
1 pc of onion; minced
2 garlic cloves; minced
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot. Mix well. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook ’til ribs are tender (approximately 6-7 hours).

4 c of water
1/4 c of onion; minced
2 c of potatoes; cut into small cubes
1 bag of broccoli; chopped
2 canned cream of chicken soup
1/2 to 1 lb of cheese (Velveeta); cut into cubes
4 pcs of chicken bouillon
Combine all ingredients together in the crockpot. Stir well. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook ’til cheese melts (approximately 3-4 hours), stirring occasionally.

Yummy Chicken Wings Recipe
12 to 18 pcs. of chicken pcs. (wing part)
2 tsps. of oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 pcs. onions (green), minced
1 tsp. of ginger
A tbsp. of honey
1/3 cup of soy sauce
Mix together all ingredients inside your Crockpot. Cook at low settings for about 6 to 8 hrs. This recipe can serve 2 to 4 persons but this all depends if it is served as an appetizer/main dish.
Chicken Crockpot Enchilada Recipe I
2 pcs of chicken breast fillets; skinned
1 can of enchilada sauce (large)
4-6 large tortillas
1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese; grated
1/2 head of Iceberg lettuce; shredded
Pour enchilada sauce (green or red) into a crockpot. Add the chicken pieces. Mix well. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 6 hours. Take out the chicken. Transfer to a platter to shred. Return chicken to the crockpot. Cover and continue cooking for another hour.
Lay a tortilla on a platter. Spoon some of the chicken mixture and line it up towards center. Top with lettuce and cheese. Roll it up. Warm it up for 1-2 minutes in an oven toaster prior to serving.

Crockpot Clam and Vegetable Chowder Recipe II
4 canned of clam chowder (New England)
4 canned of “cream of potato” soup
2 canned clams w/ juice; minced
1 pc of onion; sliced
1 qt of half-and-half
1 stick of butter
1 cup of diced carrots
Place a small nonstick skillet with butter over medium heat. When the butter melts, saute the onions for about 3 minutes. Transfer to crockpot together with all the other ingredients.
Stir well. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally. May be served with crusty bread or saltines.
