Apple and Cranberry Filled Turkey Rolls Recipe
2 tsps of butter (or margarine); melted
1/2 c of chicken broth
1 apple (large); core removed & diced
1/2 c of onion; diced
1 rib of celery; diced
1 c of cranberry sauce (whole berry)
3/4 tsp of poultry seasoning
2 c of seasoned crumb-style stuffing
2 – 3 lbs of turkey breast cutlets; rinsed & drained
Mix the melted butter, chopped apples, chicken broth, chopped onions, cranberry sauce, chopped celery, crumb-style stuffing and poultry seasoning together in a medium-sized bowl. Mix well. Set aside.
Meanwhile, combine salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Toss in the cutlets. Mix well to coat evenly.
Spoon about 3 Tbsps of this filling onto each cutlet; and then roll it up. Seal with toothpick. Place the cutlets in the crockpot. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 8 hours.
To serve, take out the turkey rolls and transfer to a platter. Cut crosswise into 1/2-inch slices. Pour any drippings over the turkey. Garnish with a sprig of parsley on top. Serve with fried rice.

Turkey Crockpot Pie Recipe
3 c of turkey; diced & cooked
2 canned broth of chicken (14.5 oz each)
1 tsp of salt – divided
1 bay leaf
1 rib of celery; sliced thinly
1 pc of onion (medium); diced
3 c of potatoes; skinned & cubed
1 pkg of mixed vegetables (16 oz)
1 c of milk
1 c of flour
1.5 tsp of ground black pepper – divided
1 pie crust (refrigerated, 9 inches)
Combine the turkey, chicken broth, half of the salt, one-third of the pepper, sliced celery, chopped onions, mixed veggies, bay leaf and cubed potatoes in the crockpot. Mix well. Cover crockpot with lid. Set the heat to low. Cook for 8-10 hours.
Discard the bay leaf.
Preheat the oven up to 400 degrees F. Whisk flour together with milk in one small mixing bowl ’til smooth. Little by little, pour this mixture into the crockpot followed by ground black pepper, salt, and poultry seasoning. Mix well.
Detach the crockpot liner from the crockpot base. Gently lay the 9-inch crust on top of the turkey mixture. Bake it uncovered in the oven ’til surface turns golden (approximately 15 minutes).
Note: In case your crockpot liner cannot be detached, just transfer the turkey mixture to a baking (or casserole) dish. The rest of the procedures are the same.

Crockpot Turkey Sandwiches Recipe
6 cups of turkey, diced
3 cups cheese (Velveeta/American), diced
A can of soup (cream of mushroom)
A can of soup (cream of chicken)
1 pc. chopped onion
Half a cup of Miracle Whip
Get your slow cooker and add in all ingredients to the pot. Cook, covered, for about 3 to 4 hrs and the mixture should be stirred every so often. If necessary, add in liquid to prevent drying. Turkey mixture should be served with the buns or sandwich bread
Turkey Barbecue Recipe
2-3 lbs. of fillet (turkey)
18-oz. thick sauce (barbecue flavor)
2 pcs. green bell peppers
tsp. of salt (celery)
2 tsps. onion, chopped
black pepper for seasoning
Season fillets using black pepper then bake covered inside your oven at 350′ F for about 1 hr. Uncover it if you would like a dark color for the fillets.
Chop up onions and green bell peppers. Inside your 5-qt. Crockpot, mix together celery-salt and barbeque sauce then cook at high settings.
Next, add in the prepared onions & peppers. Make sure that the sauce mix is heated through while your fillets are in the oven.
After fillets have cooked, add it to your pot. Cook, simmering for about 2-3 hrs. or when cooking at low settings then cook time is 4-6 hrs.
Makes 4-6 servings
Turkey Madeira Recipe
1.5 lb. breast tenders (turkey meat)
1 tbsp. juice of a lemon
2 oz. dried mushrooms (porcini)
3 tbsps. wine (Madeira)
3/4 c. of chicken stock
Pepper & salt for seasoning
Place all ingredients inside your Crockpot. Cook covered at low settings for about 6-8 hrs. Cornstarch can be added to make the sauce thick if you want. Best served with some cooked rice.
Makes 4 servings
Crockpot Turkey Meatballs Recipe
1.5 c. of your fave barbecue sauce
10 ozs. jelly (apple)
2 tbsps. tapioca (as sauce thickener) * this is optional
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. of fine breadcrumbs, seasoned
2 tbsps. milk
1/4 tsp. of powdered garlic
1/4 tsp. of salt
1/4 tsp. of powdered onion
1 lb. turkey (ground)
Non stick veggie spray
Get a 3.5 – 4 qt. crockpot then mix together inside the pot your vinegar, tapioca, jelly and barbecue sauce. Cook, covered, at high settings while meatballs are in the preparation stage.
In making the meatballs, mix together powdered onion, milk, bread crumbs and egg inside a bowl. Next, add in the turkey meat and blend thoroughly.
Form the meat mixture in 1/2-3/4-inch balls. Get a large skillet and spray it with some non stick spray then add in meatballs & brown them up on medium flame. Drain of moisture from meatballs.
Place your cooked meatballs inside your crockpot then just stir it up slowly. Cook, covered, at high settings for about 1.5-3 hrs. This dish yields 30 pcs. of meatballs
Crockpot Cranberries Recipe
1 package cranberries (fresh)
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup water
In your crockpot, mix together water and sugar with the cranberries then cook covered using high settings for 2-3 hrs. until the berries start to pop open. Best served together with some chicken or turkey slices.
Turkey And Rice Casserole Recipe
2 regular cans of soup (cream of mushroom)
3 c. of converted white rice (long grain, uncooked)
3 c. of water
1 c. of celery, sliced thin
2 c. of mixed veggies (frozen), any that you like
1 tbsp. of onions (dried), minced
1-2 c. of cubed turkey (cooked)
1 tsp. of seasoning (poultry)
Put water & soup inside your Crockpot then mix everything well. Next, add in remainder of the ingredients then blend it well. Cook covered at low settings for 6-8 hrs. and if cooking at high settings then cook time is 3-4 hrs. You can add in soy sauce depending on your taste.
