1 (32-ozs.) baby carrots (fresh)
1/4 tsp. of nutmeg
2 tbsps. of sugar (brown)
1 tbsp. of water
1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
1 tbsp. of cornstarch
1 tbsp. of butter
2 tbsps. of water
1/2 c. of marmalade
Pepper & salt for seasoning

Mix together all your ingredients, aside from cornstarch & 2 tbsps. water, inside your crockpot then cook at low settings for about 7-9 hrs. just until the carrots become tenderized. 15 mins. prior to serving, combine water and cornstarch to make pasty mixture then add to your pot. Season well.

This dish makes 4-6 servings if served as accompanying side dish.

Slow-Cooked Broccoli Recipe

2 (10-oz.) pkgs. of frozen broccoli, partly thawed up & chopped
1.5 c. of sharp cheese (cheddar), shredded then divide into 2 parts
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can of undiluted condensed soup (cream of celery)
2 tbsps. of margarine/butter
1/4 c. of onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. of pepper
1/2 tsp. of Worcestershire
1 c. of crackers (butter flavored), crushed

On a bowl, mix together pepper, Worcestershire, onion, 1 c. of cheese, soup and broccoli. Pour onto your lightly greased Crockpot then sprinkle crackers atop then place dots of butter all over.

Cook covered at high settings for about 2.5-3 hrs. Then, finish with a sprinkling of cheese atop. Cook for another 10 mins. or just until cheese melts.

Makes 8 to 10 portions.

1 big bag of corn (frozen)
1 margarine stick
1 (8-oz.) package of cream cheese
Pepper & salt for seasoning

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together margarine and cream-cheese & set it aside. Spray your Crockpot with some cooking spray then pour in melted margarine & cream-cheese into it. Next, add in pepper, salt & corn. Cook covered inside your Crockpot for 2 hrs. at low settings.

Hot Broccoli Dip Recipe

1 (10-oz.) frozen head of broccoli, thaw it out & chop
14 ozs. cheese (Velveeta), sliced up
A stick of margarine
1(10 3/4-oz.) can of soup (cream of mushroom)
1 pc. chopped medium onion

Mix together broccoli, margarine & onions until the onions turn translucent then put them inside your crockpot.

Next, add in the mushrooms, cheese & soup mix then heat it at low settings for 1.5-2 hrs. or just until the cheese melts and the dish is thoroughly heated.

Serve together with big chips (corn) or you can also pour them on some potatoes that have been baked. This dip can be stored frozen.

Place all the ingredients inside your crockpot then add in water at the top of the vegetables. Water serves as a sauce in this case. Cook covered at high settings for about 4 hrs.

Crockpot Creamy Spinach Noodle Casserole Recipe

2 tbsps. of oil (vegetable)
4 pcs. of spring onions, chopped fine
2 tsps. of garlic salt
1.5 c. of cottage cheese
8 ozs. dry noodles (spinach)
1/3 c. flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp. of pepper sauce (hot)
1.5 c. of sour cream
2 tsps. Worcestershire sauce

Noodles should be cooked as per package directions then drained well. Rinse it down with running water to stop the cooking process. Add in oil and be sure to coat the pasta evenly.

On another bowl, combine together flour and sour cream. Next, add in spring onions, cheese, Worcestershire, salt and hot sauce.

Add in the pasta to the mixture. Lightly grease your crockpots’ sides then add in noodles and sour cream mix. Cook, covered, at high settings for about 1.5-2 hrs.

Vegetable Pasta For Crockpot Recipe

12 ozs. fettucine
1.5 c. of fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsps. margarine/butter
1 pc. zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch thick
4 pcs. onions (green), sliced
1 pc. squash (yellow), sliced into 1/4-inch thick
2 pcs. carrots, sliced thin
1 pkg. of frozen broccoli, cut up
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. of dried basil
1/4 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp. of pepper
1 c. grated cheese (Parmesan)
1 c. of mozzarella, shredded
1 c. of cream
2 pcs. egg yolks

Grease your Crockpot using butter. Next, add in garlic, onions, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, squash, zucchini, parmesan and seasonings inside the pot. Cook covered at high settings for 2 hrs.

Fettuccine should be cooked as per instructions from its package. Next, add in cooked pasta, egg yolk, cream & mozzarella then blend everything well. Continue to cook for about 15-30 mins. until everything is heated through.

When it is time to serve, just place the settings of your Crockpot to low then continue heating for 30 mins.

Makes six servings.

Cheese and Broccoli Dip Recipe

2 boxes of broccoli (frozen, 10 oz); boiled, drained & chopped
1/4 c of sour cream
1/2 lb of cheese (Mexican Velveeta); grated or diced
1/2 lb of regular cheese (Velveeta); grated or diced
1 tbsp of garlic salt
2 canned cream of mushroom soup

Combine the mushroom soup, garlic salt, and sour cream in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk well ’til smooth. Set aside.

Melt the Mexican Velveeta cheese, regular Velveeta cheese in the crockpot. Once the cheese has melted, pour the soup mixture into the crockpot. Stir ’til well-blended. Cover with lid.

Cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve it as topping for tortilla or potato chips together with jalapeno or salsa.

1 c. of onions, chopped coarse
2 c. of rice (cooked & kept warm)
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1 (16-oz.) can of tomatoes, sliced
2 tbsps. tapioca (instant/quick cooking)
1 (14-oz.) can of vegetable stock
2 tsps. curry powder
1 tsp. coriander (ground)
1/2 tsp. of red pepper, crushed (if desired)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon (ground)

Inside your 3.5-5-qt. crockpot, mix together cinnamon, salt, red pepper, coriander, curry, tapioca, garlic, onions, beans (green), potatoes, garbanzo and carrots. Next, pour in veggie stock on the vegetables.

Cook covered at low settings for about 8-10 hrs. or if cooking at high settings then cook time is only 4-5 hrs. Then, add in tomatoes together with its juices. Cover the pot then allow to stand for 5 mins. Best served with some rice.

1.5 tsp of salt
2 celery ribs; chopped
2 c of boiled water
1/2 lemon; thinly sliced
5 pcs of artichokes; stiff leaves, stalks removed & coarsely chopped
8 pcs of peppercorns

Combine artichokes with salt, peppercorns, celery, lemon, and water in a crockpot. Cover with lid. Set heat to high.

Cook for 4-5 hours. May need to add water in the process to prevent the mixture from drying up. May need to add a dash of salt and a bit of lemon, too.

2 (17-oz.) cans of cream-style corn
2 (16-oz.) cans of beans (green), sliced
1 (17-oz.) can of tomatoes
1/2 c. of mayo

pepper for seasoning

Mix together all the ingredients inside a liner that is removable and blend it until all the herbs are incorporated in the dish. Put your liner inside the base of your slow cooker. Cook covered at low settings for 4 to 6 hrs.

Creamy and Tangy Broccoli Soup Recipe

1/2 c of celery; chopped finely
4 Tbsps of margarine
1 c of onion; minced
1 pc of carrot; sliced thinly
1/4 c of rice
1 c of water
2 heads of broccoli (1 lb)
1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper
3 c of milk (2%PRCTG% low-fat)
1 canned cream of broccoli soup
2 cloves of garlic; crushed
Ground black pepper
A dash of salt
Paprika

Break the broccoli heads into individual florets. Slice the soft parts of the stem into matchstick-sized juliennes. Rinse, drain and set aside.

Place a large nonstick skillet with margarine over medium heat. When margarine melts, saute the garlic, chopped onions, celery, sliced carrots, broccoli florets (may reserve some for garnishing) and stems for about 3 minutes.

Transfer to crockpot. Pour in water followed by soup, rice, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir well. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 4 hours, stirring occassionally. Let it cool ’til just warm.

Transfer mixture to a blender. Process ’til nearly smooth (or depending on your preference). You may need to do this in batches. Transfer back to crockpot.

Stir in milk. Cover with lid. Continue cooking for another hour, stirring occasionally. Ladle into individual soup bowls and garnish with reserved florets prior to serving.

1 (16-oz.) package of cooked and drained macaroni
A tbsp. of salad oil
1 (13-oz.) can of milk (evaporated)
1.5 c. of milk

Get your slow cooker and make sure to grease it lightly. Add in oil and cooked macaroni then make sure they’re tossed well.

Follow all other ingredients and blend them well. Cook, covered, at low settings for 3-4 hrs. and make sure to stir every once in a while.

Broccoli Crockpot Quiche Recipe

Saltine crackers (Ritz); crushed
1 canned “cream of celery” soup; undiluted
3 Tbsps of onion; grated
2 pcs of eggs; beaten
1 c of Cheddar cheese; grated
1 stick of margarine; melted
2 packages of broccoli (2 lbs); chopped, blanched & drained
1 c of real mayonnaise

Lightly grease the crockpot with butter; and toss in the chopped broccoli. Set aside.

Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, mix together the undiluted cream of celery soup together with mayonnaise, cheese, onions, and eggs ’til smooth. Pour this mixture into the crockpot with broccoli. Mix well.

Afterward, combine the crushed crackers with butter. Mix it well and sprinkle it on top of the broccoli mixture. Set crockpot control to low for 4-6 hours.

1 med. eggplant, sliced into 1-inch cubes
1 tsp. salt
2-3 med. zucchinis, sliced and halved into 1/2-inch pcs.
1 big onion, thinly sliced
12 ozs. mushrooms (fresh), sliced
4 pcs. tomatoes (plum), sliced in 1/4-inch pcs.
1 tbsp. of oil (olive)
1.5 c. of shredded mozzarella
2 c. of tomato sauce
pepper & salt for seasoning
1 tsp. of oregano

Zucchinis and eggplants should be tossed with 1 tsp. salt. Put the salted veggies into a big colander on top of a medium-sized bowl and allow to drain in an hour. Veggies should be drained then squeeze out any moisture from the veggies.

On a skillet on medium flame, saute mushrooms, zucchinis, eggplant & onions until they are tenderized. Inside your Crockpot arrange out 1/3 veggies including the tomatoes, a third of your tomato sauce & a third of shredded mozzarella.

Finish with a sprinkling of pepper, salt & oregano. Do the same layers twice. Cook covered at low settings for 6-8 hrs.

Best served on top of cooked rice, any grain of choice or pasta. Makes six servings.

1/4 cup of margarine

Mix together macaroni and other remaining ingredients then pour them inside your lightly greased slow cooker/crockpot. Cook covered at medium settings for 3.5 hrs.

Peel the potatoes then slice them in bite size pcs. Add all your ingredients to your Crockpot aside from the milk. Cook covered at low settings for 10-12 hrs. Add in milk within the last 1 hour of cooking. If you want a thicker sauce, add in some flour.

2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. of onion, grated
1/2 c. of cheddar, shredded
1 (8-oz.) package of softened cream cheese (light)
1/2 c. of mayo
1/4 tsp. of black/white pepper
A dash of nutmeg

On a bowl, mix together onions and spinach (thawed & drained). Beat in remainder of the ingredients then add in the spinach mix. Pour the mixture onto your lightly greased 3.5-qt. crockpot then cook at high settings for about 2-3 hrs.

Broccoli and Mushroom Recipe


Broccoli and Mushroom Recipe

1 Tbsp of butter
1 package of broccoli (frozen, 10 oz); chopped, blanched & drained
2 ribs of celery; diced
1 pc of onion (medium, white); chopped
3/4 stick of margarine
1 canned cream of mushroom soup
1 canned mushroom pieces (medium)
1 canned water chestnuts; sliced
2 tsps of Worcestershire sauce
2 rolls of garlic cheese

Place a small nonstick skillet with butter over medium heat. When the butter melts, fry onion and celery for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Transfer the onion and celery mixture into the crockpot together with the broccoli. Pour the mushroom soup into the crockpot; and then add the cheese and sliced mushrooms. Stir ’til well-blended.

Cover with lid. Set crockpot control to low. Cook – stirring occasionally – ’til cheese melts; and then stir in Worcestershire sauce, and water chestnuts. Cover and cook for 30 minutes more.

Serve as topping for crusty bread or potato chips.

6-8 pcs. of tomatoes (ripe)
2 tbsps. of margarine
3/4 c. of celery, chopped
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1/2 c. of green peppers, chopped

1 pc. bay leaf
1/8 tsp. pepper

Core your tomatoes. Next, dump them in really hot (boiling) water just for 15-20 secs. then take them out and place them into a cold water bath to stop the cooking process.

Then, peel your tomatoes. Tomatoes should be sliced into wedges. Mix together all the ingredients inside your Crockpot. Cook covered at low settings for 8-9 hrs.

After dish has cooked, take out the bay leaf then finish with a sprinkling of parsley (optional). You can serve this as side dishes or you can freeze into batches to use for other recipes(soup & etc.).

Makes six servings.

2/5 c. of water
A can of mushrooms
A can of soup (cream of mushroom)
A can of soup (cream of chicken)
2 pcs. pheasants, with the cut sides facing up (floured & browned)
1 package of instant soup mix (onion)

Blend together canned soups, mushrooms, water and rice inside your Crockpot. Next, add in pheasants to your Crockpot. Finish with a sprinkling of the instant onion mix.

Cook covered at low settings for 6-8 hrs. Pour in a bit of water when rice seems to be a bit dry when the dish is almost cooked.

A can of soup (cream of mushroom)

5.5 c of milk
2 c of noodles; cooked
3 Tbsps of onions; chopped

Toss the cooked bowtie pasta and chopped broccoli into the crockpot. In a small bowl, whisk together onions, butter, flour, milk, American cheese, and salt ’til smooth.

Pour it over the macaroni and broccoli. Stir the mixture well. Cover with lid. Set crockpot control to low. Cook for 3-4 hours.
