Cheesy Hash Browns with Onions Recipe
Salt & pepper
1 canned milk (evaporated, 13 oz)
1 canned onion rings (French fried); divided
2 lb package of hash browns
2 canned Cheddar cheese soup (10 oz)
Toss the hash browns into the crockpot. Set aside.
Meanwhile, combine the Cheddar cheese soup with evaporated milk, as well as 1/2 of the fried onions in one medium-sized bowl. Mix well. Pour it over the hash browns.
Add a dash of pepper and salt. Cover with lid. Set the crockpot control to low. Cook for 8-9 hours. Top with the remaining half of friend onions prior to serving.
