Chicken and Cheese Casserole Recipe
1 chicken breast; quartered
1 can of cream of chicken soup
4 slices of Swiss or American cheese (Velveeta)
1 Tbsp of Parsley; chopped
1/2 c of white wine
1 tsp of butter � for greasing
Grease crockpot with butter. Arrange chicken pieces on the bottom of crockpot. Mix together soup and wine in a small bowl. Pour this over the chicken pieces.
Top the chicken with the cheese slices. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 6-8 hours (’til chicken is tender).
