Chicken Crockpot A La King Recipe
1.5 – 2 lbs of chicken fillet tenders
1 – 1.5 c of carrots (matchstick-cut)
1 bunch of scallions; cut into 1/2-inch thick pieces
1 jar of pimiento (Kraft, 5oz)
1 canned cream chicken soup (98%PRCTG% fat-free)
2 Tbsps of dry sherry
Salt & pepper
Combine the chicken tenders, carrots, scallions, cheese spread, cream of chicken, dry sherry, salt and pepper into a large crockpot. Stir well. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for 7-9 hours. Use as a topping for steamed rice or crusty bread.
