Creamy Crockpot Potatoes Recipe
3 cups of potatoes, diced
3 c of carrots; sliced thinly
3 Tbsps of butter (or margarine)
2 c of water
3 Tbsps of orange marmalade
1/4 tsp of salt
2 Tbsps of pecans; chopped
Combine potatoes, salt and water in the crockpot. Cover with lid. Set heat to high. Cook ’til potatoes are nearly tender (approximately 1.5 hours). Reduce the heat to low. Add carrots.
Cook ’til carrots and potatoes are done (approximately 1.5 hours). Drain. Add in butter, margarine, orange marmalade, and chopped pecans. Stir well. Cover with lid. Cook for another hour.
