Crockpot Chicken and Cheese Soup Recipe
1 canned cream of broccoli soup
1 canned cheese soup (broccoli)
2 pkgs of chicken breast fillets; diced
1 canned vegetables (mixed)
1 to 2 Tbsps of Tapioca
1 c of cheese (cheddar); shredded
1 canned mushroom soup
Combine chicken, pepper and salt in a bowl. Mix it well. Toss into crockpot. Pour the cream of mushroom, cream of broccoli, and broccoli cheese soup over the chicken. Stir well.
Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for about 4 hours. Stir in mixed vegetables, tapioca, and shredded cheese. Cover with lid. Continue cooking ’til cheese melts (about 2 hours more). Stir occasionally.
