Crockpot Creamy Spinach Noodle Casserole Recipe

2 tbsps. of oil (vegetable)
4 pcs. of spring onions, chopped fine
2 tsps. of garlic salt
1.5 c. of cottage cheese
8 ozs. dry noodles (spinach)
1/3 c. flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp. of pepper sauce (hot)
1.5 c. of sour cream
2 tsps. Worcestershire sauce

Noodles should be cooked as per package directions then drained well. Rinse it down with running water to stop the cooking process. Add in oil and be sure to coat the pasta evenly.

On another bowl, combine together flour and sour cream. Next, add in spring onions, cheese, Worcestershire, salt and hot sauce.

Add in the pasta to the mixture. Lightly grease your crockpots’ sides then add in noodles and sour cream mix. Cook, covered, at high settings for about 1.5-2 hrs.
