Curried Fruit Bake Recipe
1 (16-oz.) pkg. of pitted prunes
1 (11-oz.) pkg. of apricots (dried)
14 ozs. ginger ale
2 (13.5-oz.) cans of drained pineapple, cut in chunks
1 (1lb. & 13-oz.) can of sliced peaches
1/2 tsp. of curry powder
1 c. of brown sugar
Mix together all the ingredients inside a removable liner. Next, put in the base. Cook, covered, at low settings for 4 to 5 hrs. or if using auto settings then cooking time would be 3 hrs
