Double Cheese Dip Recipe
1 lb of processed cheese spread; sliced into 8 pcs
1 lb of Swiss cheese; shredded
1 can or bottle of beer (12 oz)
1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce
1 can of Cheddar soup (10 oz)
2 droplets of liquid smoke
Toss all the ingredients into the crockpot. Mix well. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook ’til cheeses melt (about 2-4 hours), stirring occassionally. Best served with with steamed vegetables or tortilla chips
