Hot Broccoli Dip Recipe

1 (10-oz.) frozen head of broccoli, thaw it out & chop
14 ozs. cheese (Velveeta), sliced up
A stick of margarine
1(10 3/4-oz.) can of soup (cream of mushroom)
1 pc. chopped medium onion

Mix together broccoli, margarine & onions until the onions turn translucent then put them inside your crockpot.

Next, add in the mushrooms, cheese & soup mix then heat it at low settings for 1.5-2 hrs. or just until the cheese melts and the dish is thoroughly heated.

Serve together with big chips (corn) or you can also pour them on some potatoes that have been baked. This dip can be stored frozen.
