Low-Calorie Crock Pot Chicken Recipe
2 medium-sized onions, sliced thin
A tsp. of salt
1/2 teaspoon of basil
2 to 3 lbs. of skinned chicken, sliced in pcs.
1 big can of tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon of celery seeds
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon of crushed oregano
1 pc. bay leaf
Get your crockpot and layer the ingredients in the following order: onions, chicken, garlic, tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, celery seeds and the bay leaf. Cook at low settings for 6-8 hrs. or at high settings for 2.5-4 hrs.
