Scalloped Potato-Tomato Pot Recipe
6 (20-oz.) c. of frozen hash-browns, shredded
1 3/4 (14.5 oz.) c. of un-drained tomatoes (stewed)
2 (16-oz.) c. of rinsed & drained beans (green), sliced up
1 tsp. flakes of parsley (dried)
1/4 c. of onion, chopped fine
1 ( 103/4-oz. ) can of soup (cream of celery, Healthy Request brand)
Mix together onions, beans (green) & hash-browns and place inside your crockpot. On a medium-sized bowl, mix together tomatoes, soup (celery) & parsley then add the soup mix to the potatoes in the crockpot.
Blend everything together. Cook covered at low settings for about 6 to 8 hrs. Prior to serving, mix everything really well.
