Slow-Cooker Creamy Scalloped Potatoes and Ham Recipe
3 pounds of medium-sized peeled & sliced potatoes
1/2 c. of water
1 pc. chopped onions
1 (10 3/4-oz.) can of low-fat soup (cream of mushroom)
1 c. of cheese (cheddar), shredded
1 c. of ham, cooked
Mix together ham, cheese, onions & potatoes inside your crockpot. In a bowl, mix together water & soup then pour this over the potato mix.
Cook covered at high settings for about 4 hrs. or just until the potatoes become tender. Make sure to blend the dish well prior to serving.
This recipe serves 6.
