Spinach Souffle Recipe
2 lbs. of drained & thawed out spinach (frozen)
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. of onion, grated
1/2 c. of cheddar, shredded
1 (8-oz.) package of softened cream cheese (light)
1/2 c. of mayo
1/4 tsp. of black/white pepper
A dash of nutmeg
On a bowl, mix together onions and spinach (thawed & drained). Beat in remainder of the ingredients then add in the spinach mix. Pour the mixture onto your lightly greased 3.5-qt. crockpot then cook at high settings for about 2-3 hrs.
