Squash Casserole Recipe 1
5 c. of canned/frozen squash (yellow)
A can of soup (cream of chicken)
1 c. of sour cream
1/2 c. of melted margarine/butter
2 bread slices, cut in cubes
Put your squash into your Crockpot with your butter then cook it for an hour. Next, add in soup and continue cooking until it’s heated through. Then, add in the bread cubes & cream (sour) then continue cooking until the mixture bubbles up.
