Stewed Crockpot Artichokes Recipe
1.5 tsp of salt
2 celery ribs; chopped
2 c of boiled water
1/2 lemon; thinly sliced
5 pcs of artichokes; stiff leaves, stalks removed & coarsely chopped
8 pcs of peppercorns
Combine artichokes with salt, peppercorns, celery, lemon, and water in a crockpot. Cover with lid. Set heat to high.
Cook for 4-5 hours. May need to add water in the process to prevent the mixture from drying up. May need to add a dash of salt and a bit of lemon, too.
