Sun-Dried Tomato Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

1.5 c. of tomatoes (sun-dried), chopped
36 ozs. undrained chopped/whole tomatoes
2/3 c. of wine (dry white/Chablis)
1 c. of chopped celery
1 med. onion, chop it up
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. of fennel seeds (dried)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. of oregano
1.5 tsp. of basil
salt for seasoning

Put all the ingredients inside your Crockpot. Cook covered at low settings for about 6 to 8 hrs. If you want, add in mushrooms.
