Tangy Crockpot Pork Chops Recipe

6-8 pork chops; rinsed & skin removed
1/4 cup of onion; minced
1/2 cup of celery; chopped
1/2 cup of water
1 cup of catsup
2 Tbsps of brown sugar
1 Tbsp of mustard
2 Tbsps of vinegar
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
3 Tbsps of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup of lemon juice

Assemble the chops in the crockpot. Combine the remaining ingredients in a medium-sized bowl ’til smooth. Pour it over the chops. Cover with lid. Set heat to low. Cook for about 6-8 hours (’til chops are tender). May be served with fried rice.
