2 c. of cooked and drained carrots, sliced into strips
1 tbsp. of sugar
2 c. of diced celery
1 pc. diced onion
3 tbsps. tapioca
4 c. of drained beans (green)
1/4 c. of diced green bell pepper
1 pt. of tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
Black pepper
Combine all your ingredients inside your Crockpot then place around 2 tbsps. of margarine in dots all over your pot. Cook covered at low settings for about 8 to 10 hrs. or if cooking at high settings then cook time is only 4 to 5 hrs.
