Vegetable Slow Cooker Recipe
8 pcs. potatoes
4 pcs. peeled & sliced carrots
1 pc. chopped onion
4 pcs. chicken cubes
5 c. water
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/3 c. of margarine/butter
Ham, sliced in cubes
2 sliced celery stalks
1 (13 oz.) can of evap. milk
Peel the potatoes then slice them in bite size pcs. Add all your ingredients to your Crockpot aside from the milk. Cook covered at low settings for 10-12 hrs. Add in milk within the last 1 hour of cooking. If you want a thicker sauce, add in some flour.
Serve hot.
